静岡うなぎ漁業協同組合から仕入れる国産うなぎを使用。創業60余年以来の継ぎ足しのタレを付けつつ、炭火でふっくら丁寧に焼き上げています。うな重はもとより、生きも焼きや白焼きもお酒のお供におすすめです。

This restaurant uses only Japanese eels purchased from the Shizuoka Eel Fishery Cooperative. The eel is brushed with a special sauce that has been continuously replenished since the restaurant opened over 60 years ago. Then, it is carefully grilled to the perfect softness over charcoal. The grilled liver and the plain-grilled eel also make perfect accompaniments to sake.
